Breville Group Limited’s director James D. Clayton has experienced a change in his holdings with the vesting and exercise of performance rights and deferred share rights. Prior to the change, Clayton directly held 297,541 performance rights and 195,420 deferred share rights, as well as indirect ownership of 277,903 ordinary shares. After the change, Clayton now directly owns 115,343 ordinary shares, 224,215 performance rights, and 153,403 deferred share rights, with an unchanged indirect ownership.
