Bread Financial Expands Board, Appoints New Tech Director

Bread Financial Holdings (BFH) just unveiled an update.

Bread Financial Holdings, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors to ten members and appointed Praniti Lakhwara, currently the Chief Information Officer at Zscaler, Inc., as a new director on June 10, 2024. Lakhwara brings extensive tech leadership experience, having held senior roles at several high-profile companies. The Board has confirmed her independence and she will receive compensation in line with the company’s standard arrangements for non-employee directors. No conflicts of interest were reported in her appointment.
