Brazilian Rare Earths Ltd. has reported a change in the voting power of substantial holders Todd and Vivienne Hannigan, and DITM Holdings Pty Ltd, with their voting power decreasing from 11.48% to 9.97% due to the issuance of new securities. Despite this, there was no change in the number of shares held by the substantial holders, remaining at 24,577,875 fully paid ordinary shares.
