Brazilian Rare Earths Ltd. has reported a change in the voting power of substantial holders, Kirk Kileff, Sarah-Anne Kileff, and Kitabella Pty Ltd, which has decreased from 7.90% to 6.86%, despite there being no change in the number of votes they hold. This shift is attributed to the recent issuance of additional securities by the company. The Kitabella Trust’s role remains unchanged in the substantial holding.
