Brazilian Rare Earths Ltd. has reported a change in the interests of their substantial shareholders, Paulo Roberto Santoro Salomao and Kuda Huraa Mining Ventures and Global Investments Corp, with their voting power decreasing from 13.07% to 11.35% due to the issuance of new company securities. Despite this, there was no alteration in the number of votes controlled by the substantial holders.
