Braze (BRZE) just unveiled an update.
Doug Pepper has stepped down from his role on the board of directors and audit committee at Braze, Inc., with no disputes cited. Yvonne Wassenaar, with a rich background in tech leadership roles and board experience, has been appointed to fill his position. She brings a wealth of experience from her tenure at companies like Puppet, Inc., Airware, New Relic, and VMware, and currently serves on several other boards. Wassenaar will receive standard compensation for her role, including stock awards and retainers, and has signed an indemnification agreement with Braze, Inc.
