Braskem S.A. has announced the safe completion of a scheduled shutdown of its Triunfo Petrochemical Complex in Rio Grande do Sul, following an extreme weather event. This complex accounts for approximately 30% of the company’s ethylene production capacity in Brazil, and operations are expected to resume gradually once conditions improve.
