Braskem SA (BAK) has released an update.
Braskem S.A. has announced a significant investment agreement to transfer its controlling stake in environmental services firm Cetrel to GRI, with Braskem to receive R$ 284 million from the deal. Braskem will retain a 49.9% share in GRI, post-transaction, aiming to bolster Cetrel’s national presence in industrial environmental solutions. The completion of this transaction is pending regulatory approval and the company promises to keep its stakeholders informed of future developments.
