Braskem S.A. plans to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on November 28, 2024, to address board member replacements, following the resignation of André Amaro da Silveira and José Henrique Reis de Azeredo. The proposed new board members, Mauricio Dantas Bezerra and Olavo Bentes David, have been appointed by major shareholders Novonor and Petrobras. The meeting will be conducted digitally, allowing shareholders to participate and vote through a designated platform.
