Banco Bradesco SA (BBD) has released an update.
Banco Bradesco S.A. has announced a significant partnership with John Deere Brasil S.A., acquiring a 50% stake in Banco John Deere through its subsidiary Bradesco Holding de Investimentos S.A. This alliance aims to boost Bradesco’s role in the agribusiness and construction sectors by offering enhanced financing and financial services for John Deere equipment. The deal is pending regulatory approval and is not expected to materially affect Bradesco’s capital ratios.
