BPH Energy Limited (AU:BPH) has released an update.
BPH Energy Limited has increased its stake in Clean Hydrogen Technologies to 15.6% after investing an additional US$950,000, following an initial US$1,000,000 investment for a 10% interest. Clean Hydrogen has achieved a milestone by moving from proof of concept to production, utilizing a CO2 emission-free process to create turquoise hydrogen and solid carbon composite from natural gas. In other updates, BPH Energy raised $2.25 million through a placement of shares and options to fund exploration, development, and working capital, including their investees’ significant activities during the quarter.
