BP p.l.c. has announced its total voting rights and share capital as of September 30, 2024, with 16,262,632,593 ordinary shares and 12,706,252 preference shares, excluding 717,435,379 treasury shares which are not considered for dividends or voting. This update is essential for shareholders to determine their notification requirements under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. The total number of voting rights in the company now stands at 16,267,715,093.
