BP P.L.C. has reported a change in major holdings, with Norges Bank crossing the threshold on September 20, 2024, resulting in an adjustment to their voting rights from 4.001540% to 3.999280%, equivalent to 651,587,439 voting rights. This notification, as per the requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, indicates a slight decrease in the holdings of Norges Bank in BP’s share capital.
