Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. has appointed Daniel Swayze as Executive Vice President and COO, effective July 1, 2024, under a contract extending to December 31, 2027. Swayze’s compensation includes a base salary of at least $475,000, an annual bonus of not less than $200,000 for 2024, and participation in incentive plans from 2025.
