Bouvet ASA Approves Dividend and Board Remuneration

Bouvet ASA (DE:BV4) has released an update.

Bouvet ASA’s Annual General Meeting held on May 22, 2024, concluded with the adoption of all proposed items, including the payment of a NOK 2.60 per share dividend for the 2023 financial year. The meeting also approved increased remuneration for board members and authorized the board to pay additional dividends and to issue new shares for acquisitions and employee share programs.
