Boston International Holdings PLC has extended the repayment date for its outstanding convertible loan notes to December 31, 2025, a move approved by the board as fair to shareholders, despite being material related party transactions due to involvement of directors. The company also notes progress in finalizing its 2023 annual report with its auditors and plans to publish its unaudited half-year report for 2024 soon.
