Borregaard Backs Alginor’s Biorefinery Expansion

Borregaard ASA (GB:0QB7) has released an update.

Borregaard ASA has contributed to Alginor’s NOK 400 million capital raise with a 35% share to support Alginor’s biorefinery expansion, reaching a total investment of approximately NOK 408 million. Alginor is planning an additional offering to maintain Borregaard’s ownership stake.
