Borr Drilling Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting set for August 14, 2024, in Bermuda, where it will present its audited financial statements for 2023 and shareholders will vote on proposals including director elections and auditor appointments. Shareholders can access meeting materials and submit proxy votes through the company’s website, with options to participate in the meeting remotely. The proposed agenda includes setting a maximum of seven directors and approving director remuneration not exceeding $1.4 million for the year.
