In a recent update, Boom Logistics Limited announced that Director Damian Banks has increased his indirect stake in the company by purchasing 200,000 additional ordinary shares on the market, bringing his total holding to 3,600,000 shares. This transaction, valued at $29,031.90, occurred on 18 June 2024 and was conducted through HSBC Custody Nominees on behalf of Damisuper Pty Ltd, related to Banks’ superannuation fund.
