Boom Logistics Limited has secured a significant $12 million contract for windfarm maintenance with Squadron Energy, marking a strategic move in the burgeoning renewable energy sector. The contract, which is set to begin in the first half of FY25, bolsters Boom’s existing operations in wind farm construction and contributes to its year-to-date achievement of over $186 million in new contracts and renewals. CEO Ben Pieyre highlights the contract as an opportunity for growth, given the large number of wind turbines in Australia requiring maintenance.
