Booktopia Group Limited has announced a significant change in director Paul Welch’s interests, with the acquisition of 761,842 Performance Rights, linked to his director’s fees for a six-month period starting June 1, 2024. These rights were issued at a rate of $0.06 each, totaling $45,711 in value. The transaction did not involve any sale of securities and took place off-market.
