Bonterra Resources (TSE:BTR) has released an update.
Bonterra Resources Inc. has announced a $4 million brokered private placement at $0.25 per unit, in a partnership with Eight Capital. The raise includes common shares and warrants, aiming to fund the company’s working capital and general corporate purposes. Additionally, Bonterra is settling $1.5 million in debt with an arms-length creditor by issuing shares at the same price.
