Bonny International Holding Ltd. successfully completed its Rights Issue, receiving applications for approximately 90.37% of the shares offered, resulting in HK$65.0 million in net proceeds. The funds will primarily support general working capital needs, with additional investments in equipment upgrades and research and development to foster product innovation and new production lines.
