Shareholders of Bonjour Holdings Limited overwhelmingly approved both the Share Consolidation and the Capital Reduction and Sub-division, with the Share Consolidation set to take effect on October 3, 2024. The extraordinary general meeting saw a nearly unanimous vote in favor of these resolutions, marking a significant step in the company’s proposed capital reorganization. Additionally, the exercise price of outstanding unlisted warrants will be adjusted to HK$3.8 per Consolidated Share once the Share Consolidation is effective.
