Bonjour Holdings Limited has announced a capital reorganization involving a share consolidation, where every 20 existing shares will become one consolidated share. Following the consolidation, a capital reduction and subdivision will occur, leading to a new share with reduced par value and a subsequent adjustment in accumulated losses and the creation of distributable reserves.
