Bonjour Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Chiu Lai Kuen Susanna as an authorized representative, effective from August 30, 2024, following the recent passing of Mr. Wan Yim Keung Daniel. Ms. Chiu will assume responsibilities in accordance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance. The company has expressed its confidence in Ms. Chiu’s new role within the executive team.
