Bolt Metals Launches Private Placement to Raise Funds

Bolt Metals (TSE:BOLT) has released an update.

Bolt Metals Corp. is set to raise CAD$750,000 through a non-brokered private placement, offering 3 million units at CAD$0.25 each, with each unit consisting of a common share and a half warrant. The proceeds are intended for exploration, working capital, and general corporate purposes, with the securities subject to a four-month hold period.
