Bold Ventures Launches Major Private Placement

Bold Ventures (TSE:BOL) has released an update.

Bold Ventures Inc. announces a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $320,000 with working capital units and an additional $600,000 with flow-through units to fund general capital needs, exploration, and other expenses. The offering includes options for common share purchases at discounted prices with warrants valid for up to three years. The company may also pay finder’s fees in cash or securities for assistance in the offering.
