Bodycote (GB:BOY) has released an update.
Bodycote plc has actively continued its share buyback programme, purchasing 38,847 of its ordinary shares on June 26, 2024, with the intention to cancel them. The buyback involved shares bought at prices ranging from 671.0p to 690.0p, averaging at 678.6665p. Post-cancellation, Bodycote’s total number of shares in issue and total voting rights will stand at 187,754,336.
