Body and Mind Inc. announced progress on their dispensary projects in Illinois and New Jersey, aiming for openings in the first half of 2024. Concurrently, the company is divesting its Nevada cultivation and production operations by selling to Vegas Brazil LLC for $2 million, subject to regulatory approvals and adjustments. As part of its strategic focus, the company is also issuing 2,700,393 shares to Bengal Impact Partners, LLC for advisory services, which will be restricted securities under the U.S. Securities Act.
