BOC Aviation Limited successfully held its Annual General Meeting on May 30, 2024, with all resolutions passed by shareholders, including the adoption of financial statements, approval of a final dividend, and re-election of directors. The board was further authorized to manage director remuneration, re-appoint auditors, repurchase shares, and handle share issuance within specified limits.
