BOC Aviation Announces Board and Committee Members

BOC Aviation (HK:2588) has released an update.

BOC Aviation Limited has announced its Board of Directors lineup, with Mdm. Zhang Xiaolu as the Chairman and Non-executive Director, and Mr. Steven Matthew Townend serving as the Executive Director. The company also detailed the composition of its various Board committees, effective from 29 July 2024, indicating who will serve as chairpersons and members across the Audit, Remuneration, Nomination, Risk, and Strategy and Budget Committees.
