Oxford Instruments, a global technology provider, has announced upcoming changes to its Board of Directors. Reshma Ramachandran will step down from her Non-Executive Director role due to a new executive appointment that limits her availability, while Hannah Nichols is set to become the new Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee after the next AGM. Additionally, Mary Waldner will retire from her Non-Executive Director position in February 2025, adhering to the best practice of a nine-year tenure.
