Applied Development Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Zhu Xinhui from his roles as an independent non-executive Director and chair/member of various committees, effective 13 September 2024, to focus on personal and other business commitments. The company also welcomed two new independent non-executive Directors, Mr. Jiang Pengzhi and Mr. Yang Ye, bringing with them extensive experience in the data, internet, and asset management sectors.
