B&M Senior Director Steps Down Amid Merger

B&M European Value Retail SA (GB:BME) has released an update.

B&M European Value Retail S.A. has announced that Oliver Tant has resigned from his role as Non-Executive Director of Redrow plc following the approval of a merger with Barratt Developments by the UK Competition and Markets Authority. The company, a significant variety retailer in the UK and France, operates 741 B&M branded stores, 335 Heron Foods and B&M Express stores, and is listed on the FTSE 100 index.
