BluMetric Environmental Inc., a prominent consulting and engineering firm, has announced a two-year extension for 1,483,000 employee stock options, with expiration dates now set for 2029 and 2030, respectively. The extension applies to specific stock options issued in August 2022 and February 2023, maintaining their original exercise prices. Approval from the TSX Venture Exchange is pending for this extension.
