Bluebird Mining Ventures Ltd has just announced a successful equity issue, raising £62,000 through the placement of shares at 1p each, reducing a definitive loan amount to £288,000. This strategic financial move is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to develop its three high-grade gold projects in South Korea and the Philippines, which are valued at approximately US$9 million.
