The appointment of Mr. Luis Leandro Rivera as General Manager, with his extensive mining experience, is expected to bolster the project’s development towards production. The joint venture is initiating an exploration drilling program and vetting engineering groups for a prefeasibility/feasibility study, with the potential to significantly enhance the project’s value. The programs are fully funded by the joint venture agreement, allowing COAM to earn up to an 80% equity interest by completing a feasibility study and funding development costs.
