Blue Moon Metals Inc. has announced that its private placement for 26,400,000 common shares at $0.035 each is fully subscribed, with proceeds mainly towards the Blue Moon Project and general working capital. The anticipated close date is August 30, 2024, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, without warrants or finders’ fees.
