Blue Lagoon Resources Inc. has announced a private placement financing, offering units at a price of $0.11 each, aiming to raise up to $250,000. The units include a common share and a transferable warrant, exercisable at $0.14 for two years. The funds will be used for general working capital, with the offering subject to approval by the Canadian Securities Exchange.
