Blinklab Limited (AU:BB1) has released an update.
BlinkLab Limited has reported a change in the indirect interest of its director, Dr. Anton Uvarov, due to his spouse’s acquisition of 250,000 ordinary shares on the market for $58,000. Post transaction, Ms. Yulia Uvarova’s total holding, through Techinvest Nominees, now amounts to 425,000 ordinary shares, in addition to previously held shares and options. No disposals were reported, and the director’s interests in contracts remain unchanged.
