BlinkLab Director Buys Shares, Boosts Stake

Blinklab Limited (AU:BB1) has released an update.

BlinkLab Limited has announced that their director, Dr. Richard Hopkins, has increased his indirect holdings in the company by acquiring 23,711 ordinary shares on-market, with the transaction valued at $5,942. Following the purchase, Hopkins’s total indirect interest includes over 300,000 ordinary shares and 450,000 unlisted options. No shares were disposed of in the transaction, indicating a bolstering of the director’s stake in the company.
