Blencowe Resources Plc has inked its inaugural non-binding MOU with Jilin New Technology Graphite Co. for the annual supply of 15,000 tonnes of large flake graphite from its Orom-Cross Graphite Project, covering a substantial 66% of initial production and nearly 50% of total project revenue. This strategic partnership, following extensive product testing and a successful 600-tonne bulk sample program, is a significant move towards securing more offtake agreements and propelling the company towards full-scale mining operations. As negotiations with other leading global OEMs progress positively, Blencowe Resources is swiftly setting the stage for the project’s future financing and operational success.
