Blencowe Resources Plc has successfully secured £1.9 million in funding to advance its Orom-Cross graphite project in Uganda, which includes contributions from key partners and equity buy-ins at a share price premium. This capital raise, complemented by US Government grant funding, will support the completion of the project’s Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS). The company highlights the fundraise as a significant endorsement of the project’s potential and a strategic move away from discounted retail market raises.
