Blencowe Resources Plc has announced the exercise of warrants by its directors and senior management, raising £126,000. The company will issue 3,150,000 new ordinary shares, which are set to be traded on the London Stock Exchange. This move will increase the company’s total voting rights to 295,226,620, allowing shareholders to reassess their interests.
