Great Portland Estates plc has disclosed a significant change in share ownership, with BlackRock, Inc. now holding a combined total of 13.13% of voting rights as a result of acquiring additional shares. The notification, dated 5th June 2024, indicates BlackRock’s direct and indirect voting rights, as well as financial instruments such as securities lending and contracts for difference (CFDs), which contributed to crossing the notification threshold on 4th June 2024.
