Sendas Distribuidora S.A. has announced that investment management firm BlackRock, Inc. has significantly reduced its ownership in the company. BlackRock’s combined holdings now represent approximately 9.974% of Sendas’ total ordinary shares, and an additional 0.112% in financial derivative instruments. The company emphasized that BlackRock’s investment remains purely financial, with no intention to change corporate control or administrative structure.
