BlackRock Throgmorton Trust PLC GBP (GB:THRG) has released an update.
BlackRock Throgmorton Trust PLC has announced the purchase of 25,000 of its own ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 616.66p, to be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the total number of treasury-held shares is 11,848,937, which represents 11.48% of the company’s issued share capital, now at 91,360,927 ordinary shares. Shares in treasury do not carry voting rights, and this adjustment in shareholding will be reflected in future reporting from 20 June 2024.
