BlackRock Throgmorton Trust PLC GBP (GB:THRG) has released an update.
BlackRock Throgmorton Trust PLC has announced the purchase of 100,000 of its own shares at an average price of 602.14 pence each, to be held in treasury. This acquisition will result in 11.95% of the company’s total issued share capital being held in treasury. Investors are advised that for regulatory reporting purposes, shares in treasury should not be counted, leaving 90,871,864 shares as the figure for notification of interest changes.
