BlackRock Throgmorton Trust plc has announced the purchase of 100,000 of its own Ordinary Shares at an average price of 604.81 pence each, to be held as treasury shares. After the transaction, the Company’s issued share capital will be 91,071,864 Ordinary Shares, with treasury shares comprising 11.76% of total issued shares. Shareholders should note that treasury shares will not carry voting rights and are excluded from market notifications.
